We invite applications for the position of Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst. As a CPFR Analyst for Hill’s Pet Nutrition at the Hills' Corporate location in Topeka, KS, you will build relationships with customers on all levels and demonstrate those relationships to lead change in creating win-win opportunities with Key Customers.

The CPFR Analyst will collaborate with customer and CDO teams to ensure alignment of plans and improvement in customer KPIs including customer service, on time performance, ASN compliance, etc. The CPFR analyst will also coordinate activity with the O2I CBS team in Mexico. The CPFR analyst is also responsible for VMI operations for VMI customers.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Act as key interface from CS&L to CDO, and customer teams providing insight into all customer KPIs.
  • Customer service.
  • ASN accuracy/compliance.
  • On time performance.
  • Layer/pallet analysis for maximum efficiency for both Hills and customer
  • Customer chargebacks.
  • For super store accounts, provide visibility to CS&L of promo calendars and expected consumption for planning purposes.
  • Launch and maintain VMI process for customers who participate.
  • Define DITL process.
  • Build and maintain reporting.
  • Maintain customer inventories in acceptable range.
  • For customers who participate in the eCommerce “table”, this role should establish a close working relationship with key stake holders on the table: Marketing, eCommerce Consultants and customer development teams. Success in the role will involve bringing supply chain strategies to life to have maximum impact on business decisions for the customer. Contribute to a culture of business integration, innovation, business growth and continual improvement.
  • Act as CS&L project lead for all systems projects related to O2I, VMI, ASN, pallet labels, etc.
  • Benchmark best in class processes across the industry and apply learning to improve customer relationship.
  • Attend customer account visits and support preparation and alignment of KPIs.

 

Education/ Experience Requirements:

 

Basic qualifications include:

  • Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science or related degree.
  • 5 years minimum of Customer Service / Logistics / Supply Chain experience with a proven understanding of operations.
  • Intermediate proficiencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP and Google Suite.

 

Expected Areas of Skills:

  • Strong desire to serve the customer, identify and revolve needs and follow up when necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and work in a changing environment with minimal direction.
  • Strong decision making skills and sound judgment.
