Africa, Eurasia, and the Middle East
Since we started operations in South Africa in 1929, Colgate-Palmolive has expanded in this region to serve 1.7 billion people in 99 countries, representing a quarter of the world’s population. Our team of about 1,700 people is organized into four hubs and 35 subsidiaries, covering territories—from the Cape of Good Hope to the Bering Strait—with a profound diversity of cultural traditions. Colgate promotes awareness of oral health throughout the world, and Africa, Eurasia, and the Middle East are no exception. For example, we partner with the Malawi Ministry of Health in a campaign to educate children and adults about good oral care habits.
