Core Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the key account customers
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Developing the customer through strong relationship & consumer / customer focused
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to SCDM
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Responsible to review In Store Merchandising Excellence implemented in store
  • Ensures excellent In Store implementation for all activities and monthly reporting of team success.
  • Lead a team of Merchandiser with coaching & feedback provided to the team as well as effectively execute the company plan & strategies.
  • Ensure planogram effectively executed in all store
  • Assist SCDM to publish new launches status in Distribution, Market Shares and In Store Execution.
  • To submit all report on time & complete

 

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

  • Ensure canvassing according to work plan & execute task as well as order taking & collection
  • Monitors New Launches and Big Hits execution with coaching & feedback given to merchandiser
  • Effective Promo & Slob clearance to the trade as per plan.
  • Discuss with SCDM on issues & difficulties encountered in the trade to obtain solutions for better performance

 

Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business / Commercial / Marketing

 

Experience: Minimum 3 Years of Consumer Goods Industry Experience

 

Required Skills :

  • Excellent MS Excel Skills
  • Commercial Understanding
  • Fluent English , Chinese
