Responsible for forecasting the sales which will impact the production levels efficiently, deploying finished goods, analyzing and reporting forecast results each month.
Improve service levels, help increase sales, and reduce system cost by making multiple critical decisions which impact production planning, inventory, service levels and supply chain costs.
Planning/Coordinating Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate new and discontinued products in APO-DP.

Develop a collaboration process with key customers to facilitate the improvement of forecast accuracy.

Facilitate and communicate the inputs into the LE/Budget process to ensure alignment with Customer Development and Marketing.

Develop and supervise performance metrics, providing regular communication and analysis of business results.

Lead special projects, developing presentations to communicate results and opportunities.
-
Develop, build and utilize system reports and queries in PA, BEX, BW , Excel and Access which will enable detailed analysis of the business for improvement opportunities.

Participates in key activities from Customer Development and Marketing to reinforce product positioning to positively impact revenue opportunities.

Build relationships by working with CD, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain on an ongoing basis to develop improved integration between Supply and Demand.
Strategic Responsibilities:

Develop a detailed understanding of promotional, new products, and cannibalization processes, incorporating relevant information into the demand plan and ensuring alignment to business objectives.

Develop initiatives to provide continuous focus on developing, analyzing, recommending and implementation of “standard methodology” opportunities.

Provide detailed analysis of the demand plan through “management by exception” principals.

Formulate strategic plans by challenging current paradigms, developing and recommending creative, innovative ideas which may help drive business efficiencies, profitability and customer service.
