Role Summary:
As an eContent & Analytics Analyst, you will develop advanced BI dashboards to optimize omnichannel performance. Your main goal is to transform complex digital and retail data into strategic actions that drive sales and market share across key retailers and marketplaces.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, enhancement, and governance of BI dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, DOMO) to monitor digital commerce performance, marketplace KPIs, and omnichannel results for GCR

Translate data into clear, commercially relevant insights and recommendations that drive sales growth, improve share of market, and support strategic decisions for key categories, customers, and channels (online and offline)

Leverage retail and customer data platforms (e.g., Amazon Brand View Pro, Walmart Scintilla) and internal data sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across products, categories, and customers

Partner with cross-functional teams (Digital Commerce, Customer Development, Marketing, RGM, Finance) to support strategic projects, business cases, and performance reviews through robust analytics and executive-ready storytelling

Build and maintain efficient data pipelines and analytical assets using SQL (SQL Server, Snowflake, Postgres, HIVE) and Python to automate reporting, streamline data preparation, and enable advanced analytics

Measure and analyze omnichannel impact, correlating online and offline KPIs to provide a holistic view of shopper behavior, campaign effectiveness, and customer performance
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Data Science, or Digital Marketing

3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or digital commerce analytics, preferably supporting commercial, sales, or eCommerce teams
- Advanced English level

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical findings in a clear, business-oriented way, including experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in CPG / FMCG and digital commerce for consumer goods, including marketplaces and omnichannel retailers (pure players and brick & mortar with online presence)

Proven experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI (y/o Tableau, DOMO), with strong skills in data modeling, KPI design, and visualization for business stakeholders

Solid proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, Snowflake, Postgres, HIVE) for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, and advanced use of Excel for modeling and scenario analysis

Hands-on experience with retail and customer analytics tools, such as Amazon Brand View Pro (ABVP) and Walmart Scintilla, or similar platforms

Experience with Python for automation, data transformation, and advanced analytics, including exposure to predictive models or machine learning for segmentation, forecasting, or recommendation

Familiarity with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) concepts and commercial analytics (pricing, promotion, assortment, trade investment) to support strategic decision-making

Strong competencies in executive storytelling, collaboration, and influence
