Job Description

We're looking for a Sr HR Solutions Specialist to join our team in New York, United States. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner in designing, implementing, and optimizing HR solutions that drive organizational effectiveness and employee success. You will leverage your expertise in HR systems, process improvement, and technology to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our human resources operations and support business objectives.

  • Design and implement HR solutions that address organizational challenges and improve operational efficiency across the HR function
  • Analyze current HR processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and cost reduction
  • Manage HRIS implementations and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and minimal disruption to operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and business leaders to gather requirements and develop comprehensive HR solutions
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation that ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Lead HR projects from conception through execution, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
  • Create and analyze HR metrics and reports to measure solution effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on new systems, processes, and best practices
  • Stay current with HR technology trends and industry best practices to continuously enhance our HR capabilities
  • Support employee relations initiatives and serve as a resource for complex HR matters and escalations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR solutions, systems, or process improvement
  • Demonstrated expertise with HRIS platforms and HR technology implementations
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and compliance requirements
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Advanced analytical and data interpretation capabilities with proficiency in HR analytics tools
  • Experience designing and optimizing HR workflows and organizational processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR reporting tools
  • Preferred: Change management certification or experience leading organizational change initiatives
  • Preferred: Background in talent management, employee engagement, or organizational development
  • Preferred: Experience managing HR technology vendors and third-party integrations
