Colgate’s Direct to Consumer team is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager with experience in brand and performance marketing within the eCommerce space. High-level requirements include experience with managing paid acquisition via properties such as Facebook, Affiliate, Google, etc. and using insights and performance data to optimize and retain customer journeys.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
● Successful execution of all marketing campaigns from concept through project management and evaluation. Management to include paid acquisition channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Outbrain, etc.
● Help drive strategy across brand launches with goal of building a sustainable DTC business as well as scale to eCommerce platforms.
● Project management for launch readiness.
● Lead community management across products and the larger “Shop Smiles” brand
● Serve as point of contact with agencies and 3rd party vendors specifically for product Launches.
● Measure, report, and optimize performance of digital marketing campaigns using media dashboards, Google Analytics, etc.
● Ensure marketing costs are in-line with budget.
● Synthesize learnings and optimization opportunities with the goal of increasing sales
● Leverage A/B testing to optimize media engagement and site conversion.
● Monitor and assess the competitive landscape and consumer trends to provide input on strategic direction for overall messaging.
WHO WE NEED:
- Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related fields.
● Entrepreneurial drive with willingness to roll up sleeves and get hands dirty.
● Experience across executing within Social Media, Google or related platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc).
● Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
● Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience within the eCommerce / Direct Response space.
● Comfortable with Google Analytics.
● Shopify experience a plus.
