The Position is required for ideating, developing and validating new product bundles for the market in the assigned category/segment. To build a pipeline based on consumer insights in line with the Equity/Brand growth strategy.
- Develops growth strategies with in-depth understanding of consumer/shopper trends and insights; driven threats; and category or brand opportunities
- Identifies and articulates consumer insights to build new-concept ideas and business opportunities
- Uses new technologies, strategies and processes to gain value opportunities (e.g. new claims, products, flavor, packaging)
- Lead concept and bundle development with cross-functional teams
- Delivers effective Integrated Marketing Campaigns; develops clear and persuasive strategies and campaign ideas
- Management of multiple projects utilizing tools to efficiently and optimally supervise progress of projects and keep within agreed timetables.
Requirement
- At least 8+ years of Marketing brand management and/or innovation experience in consumer goods / healthcare / cosmetics industry
- Implemented at least one business building initiative, e.g. new product launch, relaunch, packaging change, promotional program, etc.
- Part of business analysis, marketing plan development, and cross-functional project management
- Experienced in working with data / analytics to build business and consumer hypothesis, leading to strong marketing executions / innovations
Education
Bachelor's Degree or above, MBA preferred.
