JOB PURPOSE:
The Digital Brand Manager must focus on the development, maintenance, and optimization of the channel strategies and how they complement each other for an optimal customer experience with the Palmolive and Tender Care brands.
This role must bring to life the Palmolive brand philosophy, allowing people to rediscover nature and all its goodness as Palmolive provides authentic naturals in a sea of deep fakes; this mantra must be consistently delivered in an omnichannel brand experience across the different touch points particularly digital assets such as website, social media, e-commerce / shoppertainment, digital services and more!
This role is integral in ensuring that the Palmolive brand experience is consistently delivered for all of Palmolive’s sub-brands, from Palmolive hair care products to skin care needs be it in bar format, liquid body wash or liquid hand soap.
The Digital Brand Manager is critical in bringing together the Tender Care digital brand experience, consistently delivering the brand purpose of allowing parents to create more tender moments between them and their children across the brand’s digital assets.
In addition, this role owns the day to day management of the applicable programs. This role thrives in a fast-pace environment, keeps up with the ever-changing digital marketing industry, and continuously strives for improvement. This role demands high standards for innovation that is never satisfied with the status quo to evolve business-critical channels.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Tasks:
- Develop the end-to-end strategy for our digital marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Category head and the Integrated Brand Experience Lead, aimed at acquiring new users for our brands.
- Manage ongoing campaigns, working with IBE team to ensure that campaigns goals are met — and pivoting strategy when goals are not being met; this include innovative optimization strategy recommendations, extensive A/B/Multi-variate testing, customer journey optimization, and more.
- Provide post-campaign analysis — drawing on successes and failures, to identify tactics that are working to achieve goals.
- Responsible for understanding the data complexities of digital marketing, and be able to identify the most meaningful data points and act upon them.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes and new technologies affecting digital marketing and digital distribution platforms (i.e. Facebook, Google).
- Identify new opportunities to move the business forward — i.e. new markets, new digital platforms, potential media partnerships, or uncovering general business efficiencies that increase revenue and profitability.
- Constantly challenge agency partners and internal stakeholders for excellence, whether that involves complex cutting-edge tactics/tools or simple optimizations to save or generate more incremental demand.

EDUCATION AND FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
EDUCATION:
● Bachelor degree in any Business or Advertising course
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 or more years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- Experience running end-to-end marketing campaigns that encompass owned, earned and paid media properties.
- Value-driven, digital-centric capabilities with the ability to anticipate media usage trends and new opportunities.
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and resolve challenges.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects to hit deadlines.
- Adaptability to the ever-changing initiatives is imperative.
