CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Work closely with Ecomm and cross functional team to identify growth strategies and priorities for Indonesia

● Optimizing the Go-to-Market (GTM) for e-Tailers, quarterly activity grid planning, development and deployment. Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams for ecommerce activations.

● Clear communication of the accounts promotion plans, T&C and spending plans. ○ Manage customer-level 6P+A execution, negotiation and engagement

● Ensure expense spending is within budget and policy guidelines.

● Creates the Best Place to Work environment – Provides training to the e-Distributors/Distributors working on their accounts’ business to ensure they have knowledge of how the account operates and what the key strategies for the account are for the current year.

● Provides monthly data from on Initiatives, pricing, distribution, and competitive activity.

● In charge of planning promos and managing end to end of Marketplace accounts across Indonesia

● Work closely with e-distributors & e-retailers of Indonesia to ensure excellent execution of plans

● Works with customers to set Joint Business Planning (JBP) based on the company and E-commerce channel strategies. Monitors the monthly performance for E-commerce.

● Personally participants and presents in Quarterly Business Review with E-commerce customers. Will also work with the cross functional teams to provide updates and training to ensure the customers plans and strategies are clearly understood.

 

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Develop Shopper Activities and Promotional Plans

● Achieve Net Sales targets, while increasing shopper penetration+conversion sustainably.

● Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance closely, understand what's working, what's not working

● Analyse data analytics to understand sales performance and demographics performances.

● Work with eDistributor (eDB) and platforms to maintain high store rating - online and offline operation

 

The ideal candidate should have:

● At least 3+ years of relevant working experiences in E-commerce

● Strong management experience from both platforms and brands perspective

● Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and ambition to drive business forward

● Strong consumer centricity

● Collaborative and strong analytical skills

● Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate a clear vision and be able to work in partnership with your stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

● Highly adaptable to changes in a fast pace environment
