Position Purpose:

 

Continuous Improvement Specialist in CBS CS&L is responsible for integrating the Customer Service & Logistics disciplines across workstreams to identify, develop and standardize Best Practices, develop and maintain a seamless Business Process and increase SAP / APO / BI / SNP / TM and others System Utilization.  This position will implement lean methodologies and provides support to key business processes that are aligned with the CBS business strategies and global best practices.

The primary accountabilities of the Continuous Improvement Specialist are to enhance systems knowledge and expertise across functional teams, identify and enable Continuous Improvement opportunities, and standardize global best practices.
 


Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

 

  • Identify, document, and communicate continuous improvement initiatives related to people, process, and systems within the business areas of Supply Network Planning and its interaction with other cross functional processes in an E2E perspective.

  • Act as the liaison between CBS and Supply Chain Integration Team for CS projects and process improvements, including the following tasks:

  • Execute SAP testing on user enhancements, provide sample documentation of system issues that need to be corrected.

  • Identify areas of opportunity for improvement and explore system processes to address those issues.

  • Develop and maintain a seamless CS&L Business Process in the stream. Streamline the utilization of reports in SAP.

  • Develop a plan to identify, train, and retain Functional Power Users, ensuring consistent CBS team development in the functional and technical aspects of SAP.

  • Seek and share global best practices from across CBS CS&L, maintain training materials and platforms’ content to reflect best practices.

  • Work with Global Process Owners to ensure business processes are aligned with global best practices. Support daily business needs in achieving best in class indicators, serving as Interface between IT and End Users on key initiatives.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in SAP/APO/SNP/TM/BI and others module interrelationships to work efficiently with peers on integrated business processes.

  • Support system integration and implementations related to CS&L business processes.

  • Oversee the knowledge transfer to users and the training of power users in new and existing SAP functionality and related business processes. Update Business Processes & SAP tools with S&OP functionality and tools. Drive Continuous improvement

  • Support on the administration of roles and access to employees in the system.

  • Responsible for the Business Continuity Plan.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement process by the implementation of Lean Methodology & Concepts.
     

 

Basic Qualifications and experience requiered:

 

  • Bachelor degree Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineer or similar

  • 7 years of experience in Supply Chain processes 

  • 3 years in Supply Network Planning 

  • 4 years in Continuous Improvement /Six SIGMA / Lean processes.

  • Technical Skills: SAP ECC / APO / BI / Excel / 

  • Nice to have Skills:  Programming Languages

  • English Level required: Advanced for Business and Technical concepts.
